Using our original, traditional recipe passed down from our great Uncle's butchers shop, we use only the finest cuts of free-range pork shoulder, hand-tying them in natural skins.  Perfect as a 'classic' on a stick, or even better for making your own 'Pigs in Blankets'.  These little fellas are so moreish, there's never quite enough!
