A raw cow's milk cheese both like and unlike a traditional Brie de Meaux: with a character all of its own.  Made at Fen Farm in Bungay, Suffolk.

As Neal’s Yard Dairy describes it: ‘This Suffolk Brie-style cheese has a silky breakdown under the rind and balances a clean lactic brightness with mushroomy, vegetal notes’.
