Recreating the ‘original’ Stilton, this raw cow’s milk blue is soft, creamy, and full of character. Expect a spectrum of flavours—from bright green apple to deep, savoury umami—with a juicy tang and toasty, biscuity notes near the rind. Complex, long-lasting, and seriously moreish.
