Our Great Taste Award Winner.  Made over a number of weeks, our ‘Black’ Ham is cured, marinaded and cooked, using a recipe of molasses, brown sugar and porter.  The result is a deliciously rich, sticky and dark.  A perfect addition to any festive spread.
