We’re delighted to be offering Ollie’s exceptional free-range Suffolk geese from Laurel Farm in Halesworth for 2025. A passionate young farmer who clearly loves his birds, Ollie raises his geese slowly and carefully on pasture, resulting in birds of outstanding quality.

These geese are known for their full flavour, generous meat yield, and naturally marbled fat, which keeps the meat moist, rich, and firm when cooked. A true centrepiece, and a delicious alternative to turkey for the festive table.
