Our original.  Adapting the recipe passed down from our great Uncle’s butchers shop, we use only the finest cuts of free-range pork shoulder, hand-tying them in natural skins.  This is the meat used in our famous scotch eggs!

Another visit to the farm shop.  The plus side to our trips down to Addenbrookes and The Royal Papworth.  Always friendly staff and I look forward to buying one of their famous pork pies when we pass by here.  A traditional Butchers Shop.  What is not to like about coming here?!
