July’s recipe is here: a comforting Aubergine & Spenwood Parm – layers of golden aubergine, rich pizzaiola sauce, fresh basil, gooey mozzarella & nutty Spenwood cheese, baked to perfection. Delicious as a starter or a veggie main with salad and crusty bread.
