Based on our original sausage meat recipe, we've developed a blend of sage, parsley and thyme, plus local Watergull Orchard Apple Juice, creating a really tasty and succulent sausage with slightly coarser minced free-range pork.

Another visit to the farm shop.  The plus side to our trips down to Addenbrookes and The Royal Papworth.  Always friendly staff and I look forward to buying one of their famous pork pies when we pass by here.  A traditional Butchers Shop.  What is not to like about coming here?!
