Perfect for topping a toasted bagel or stirring through pasta with cream cheese, lemon juice and dill for a simple supper.  The 900g pack is a whole side that has been carefully hand sliced and laid back so that it is easy to handle.

Another visit to the farm shop.  The plus side to our trips down to Addenbrookes and The Royal Papworth.  Always friendly staff and I look forward to buying one of their famous pork pies when we pass by here.  A traditional Butchers Shop.  What is not to like about coming here?!
