Why Should I Register For An Account?

In order to get the best experience, we would strongly recommend that you register an account. From your account dashboard, you will be able to view your recent orders, your wishlist, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.

What Is A Wishlist?

Your wishlist is only available if you have an account. If you’re interested in a product but not ready to add it to your cart, you can add it to your wishlist. Simply click on the ‘heart’ symbol on the product image and it will be added for you to return to later.

What Does The Eye Symbol Do?

The ‘eye’ symbol takes you to ‘Quick View’.  If you want to see the product in more detail, you can click on the ‘eye’ symbol and you will see the product in ‘quick view’ mode.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

If you discover that there’s something wrong with your product after opening it, such as a fault, damage or it’s not as described, you are entitled to get a refund.

How do I return or exchange a gift?

How and when will I be refunded?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For hampers and gift certificates, we offer next working day delivery. For all other orders, you will be asked to select a convenient click and collect date and time at checkout.

How do I reset my account password?

To reset your account password, simply log in to your online account and navigate to your account settings. From here, you can reset your password by following the online instructions.

How do I modify an existing order?

If you wish to modify an already that has been placed, please call The Gog on 01223 248352 so that we can manually modify your order and take payment or issue a refund for the difference.

How do I use my promo code?

Checkout your order as you would do normally. On the checkout page, you will find an area where you can enter your promo code. Enter the code and apply. Your basket will automatically update with your discount.
